“We commit to prepare and repair any paint lifting or loose wallcovering occurred in this period as long as it has not been caused by external factors such as water damage, previous contractor’s work and/or accidents to your home, etc. (Peeling to bare wood is usually indicative of previous contractors work.)”
We believe that the overall life of your paint job could be extended by as much as two to three years if properly maintained at the end of the warranty, we could be happy to provide an estimate for any additional maintenance work requested.
